You can easily change your email settings by using the following steps:
- Go to www.saicloud.com
- Log into your account by clicking the Login button and entering your email address and password.
- Click “Account Settings” in the top right corner.
- Click “Login Settings”
- Click Change Email.
- Input your new email address and existing password.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password in case you have misplaced or forgotten it, just follow these steps:
- Go to www.saicloud.com
- Type in your email address and click on the link “Forgot Your Password”
- Access the email address that you use for your subscription. There will be a link to a page where you will enter a new password.
- Then you’ll just need to go back to www.saicloud.com and log in from there.
How do I change my account information? (Name/Phone/Company Address)
- Go to www.saicloud.com
- Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner and entering your email address and password.
- Click "Account Settings" in the top right corne
- Update your Name, Phone Number or Address and click “Save Changes”.
- Your Account Information has been successfully updated.
What is my activation code and where do I find it?
Your activation code is your license to the software and is used when you install the software on your computer. This can be found by going to www.saicloud.com and logging in with your email and password, then click on the license you wish to get the activation code for and it will be listed in the top left corner of the page.
Can I merge two SAi Cloud accounts into one?
There is currently no way to merge two existing SAi Cloud accounts into a single one. However, you can cancel a subscription or purchase under one and resubscribe or purchase it again under the desired account.
Why is my license voided?
If you have filed a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution your license has been voided in our system. If this was done in error, please go to www.saisubscriptions.com to get a new license.
