After clicking on one of the links below you will be immediately directed to the AnyDesk website and the AnyDesk.exe will automatically download. Please IGNORE the AnyDesk website and its requests, and just GO to the top right area of your browser to the Down Arrow for your downloads. You can then select the AnyDesk.exe from your downloads list. Edge will normally wait for the download to finish before the arrow appears. Some browsers will change from an Arrow to Three Dots when the download is finished.

After you open the AnyDesk.exe select "Allow" from the window to allow AnyDesk to run on your computer.

Once open, AnyDesk will display "Your Address" at the very top of the application. Provide that to your agent. Ensure the request window has the agents name.  Then select "Accept". Selecting the Accept with a Shield gives the agent permission to have access while running installer or license manager of Flexi or EnRoute.
