OnSite Sign Up Info and Initial Use

New potential customers can sign up for SAi OnSite for free and receive ONE free site survey for free. This gives them FULL access to the OnSite system along with one site survey that can develop and publish for a filed crew.

How to Sign Up for SAi OnSite

1. Go to https://onsite.thinksai.com and then choose “Sign up for free

 

2. Create an account by providing your email and set your password

             

 

3. Read and accept the user agreement.

 

4. After accepting the user agreement, you will be logg3ed into OnSite and have ONE free site survey to use.

 

Using OnSite

Once logged into OnSite you will see your Dashboard.

 

Begin by defining your organization. Choose Organization on the top menu.

 

If you wish, you may add additional members to your organization by entering their emails. This will notify them that they have been added to your OnSite organization.

 

Click the logo on the upper left to return to your dashboard. Here you will see all of your surveys, and since this is your first use none will appear, so you can choose New Surbey to begin defining your site survey needs.

 

Enter the site contact info, naming your survey accordingly. Choose Create survey to continue.

 

You may add a site plan (jpg/png) to the initial survey page. After that you can add Sign

Templates needed for the field crew to use.

 

Once you enter all the site survey templates, you can use the Conduct Survey at the bottom of this area to conduct the survey yourself or choose Assign Crew at the top to assign a crew from a different email or location.

 

Sign Templates

The primary way to create the survey is to assign one or more sign templates to the site survey. Some templates called Global” have been provided for you to start using, while you can also create new one or simply modify and save the global ones.

 

Choose Template in the top menu to see all the template available or to create new one.

 

Choose Edit to see or modify a template or choose New Template to create a custom one

that will then show as an organization template.

Here is an example of a template called Store Front.

You can add or modify the template using the tools shown in the gray vertical strip under Figure Editor.

You can define Location Images, picture, that will require for that template.

The letters and description under the Measurements section correspond to the letter and red measurement arrows in the Figure Editor.

 

Adding More Measurement or Other Notes

Additional measurements or even notes can be added to any template by choosing +Add Field in the upper right of the Measurement section.

When you Add Field, you will be presented with a menu of chice3s for the type of field

needed.

 

Measurement – A physical measurement needed.

 

List Selection - Create a list of items to be accomplished

 

 

Checkbox – A list of items to be checked or accomplished

 

 

Text – A short sentence of text

 

 

Long Text – An area for a paragraph of text

 

 

Favorite Fields – Select from a list of commonly used, favorite measurements etc.

 

You may delete, move or edit any Measurement by selection the three vertical dots next to

a field.

 

Return to the Dashboard and you will see the progress of your site survey. Once a site survey is ready, you can “publish” the survey by assigning it to a survey crew or conducting the survey yourself. This will use one of your survey quantities and cannot be reversed.

If you are testing this product, do not issue the survey unless you are sure you have completed the design of that survey.

 

Site Crew

Once you “publish” a survey, the crew will head to the site to take the measurements. As they do so your measurements will be updated in real-time on the shop survey info.

The survey crew will be able to track how much of a survey has been done and what’s left using any smart device like an iPad.

 

 

 

 

The Site Survey Report

Once a survey is complete, you can them issue a site survey report in PDF format.

There are three tiers – Pro, Business and Enterprise. Monthly surveys do not roll over to the next month.
