How do I access my payment records?

You can easily view and print all your billing receipts 24/7, from any web browser, even from your smartphone. Just follow these steps.

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Sign In button in the top right corner and entering your email address and password.
  3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  4. Click "Billing History"
  5. Find the invoice you are interested in and click "Download"

How do I add a Flexi or EnRoute subscription to my account?

You can add a Flexi or EnRoute Subscription by following these steps.

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Log In button in the top right corner and entering your email address and password.
  3. On the Home page, click “Subscribe Now” for the product you would like to purchase. Or, click "Subscribe Now" in the top navigation menu.
  4. This will take you to the product selection page.
  5. If not already selected, choose which product line you would like to purchase.
  6. Choose your product plan.
  7. Click “Checkout”.
  8. Choose an existing payment profile or create a new one.
  9. Read and confirm the terms and conditions, then click “Subscribe”

How do I cancel a subscription?

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Log In button in the top right corner
  3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  4. Find the license you would like to cancel and click on it.
  5. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  6. If you would like to pause your subscription, you may do so for up to three months by clicking “Pause Subscription” instead.
  7. Confirm that you would like to cancel.

Your license will continue to work until the end of the current billing cycle. If you would like to purchase another subscription you may do so by going to www.saisubscriptions.com and clicking “Subscribe Now”

 

How can I pause my subscription?

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Log In button in the top right corner
  3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  4. Find the license you would like to pause and click on it
  5. Click “Pause Subscription”
  6. Select How long you would like to pause for (1-3 months)
  7. Click “Pause This Subscription”

Your subscription will be paused until the stated date, when it will automatically resume and your card will be charged unless the subscription is cancelled prior to that date. Only month-to-month subscriptions may be paused.

 

How do I resume my subscription?

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner
  3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  4. Find the paused license you would like to resume and click it.
  5. Click “Resume Subscription”

Your subscription will resume and your card will be charged for the next month. Only month-to-month subscriptions may be paused and resumed. One payment must be made before you can pause the subscription again.

 

How do I change my payment details?

You can easily change your payment information 24/7 from any web browser. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner and entering your email address and password.
  3. Click “Manage Subscription”.
  4. Click “Payment Methods”
  5. Add Direct Debit (ACH), Credit Card, or PayPal information.
  6. Click "Add".
  7. Select "Primary" to use this payment method for all future charges. Select “Backup” to use this payment method as only a backup option.

 

Why was my subscription cancelled?

If your payment details are expired or incorrect, SAi will attempt to contact you 3 times via the email address associated with your account. If the payment details are still invalid two days after the payment date, your subscription will be cancelled. Any promos or discounts associated with the license will be forfeited. You may go to www.saisubscriptions.com to sign up for a new subscription license.

 

How do I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your subscription from a designer license to a standard license by following these steps

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Log In button in the top right corner and entering your email address and password.
  3. Click "Manage Subscriptions"
  4. Click the subscription you would like to upgrade.
  5. Click "Edit Subscription"
  6. Next to the Subscription Plan name, click "Change"
  7. From the dropdown menu, select the new plan you would like to change your subscription to.
  8. Click "Update"
  9. You will also need to run License Manager and Install Manager in the folder to have the updates take effect. Go to C:\Program Files\SAi\SAi Production Suite XX (where XX is the latest folder)

How do I change my billing address?

  1. Go to www.saisubscriptions.com
  2. Log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner.
  3.  Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  4.  Click “Billing & Shipping Addresses”
  5.  Click on the current one listed
  6.  Update the details there, click ‘Update’

 

Why is my license voided?

If you have filed a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution your license has been voided in our system. If this was done in error, please go to www.saisubscriptions.com to get a new license.
